The journey of 2C Holdings began with a simple yet powerful vision: to transform Kenya's underutilized natural resources into sustainable economic opportunities for communities in ASALs.
As the commercial arm of the Association of Green Champions (AGC), we build upon years of groundwork in structuring the gum arabic value chain. Where others saw challenges, we saw potential—in both the resilient acacia trees and the equally resilient communities that tend them.
Today, we stand as the vital bridge connecting smallholder producers with premium global markets, driving economic empowerment, environmental conservation, and commercial success through a sustainable and inclusive approach.
